000 Chapters by 31st December 2012.

- To turn every
Chapter into a vibrant, loving, power packed fishing Chapter.
- Mandatory
ministry of baptism of
the Holy Spirit in all chapter outreaches.

Restore the opportunity to minister
to needs with the manifestation of miracles of Healing, Deliverance and breakthrough
in each Chapter meeting.

Bombard ALL
Public Institutions, Industries, Service centers, Schools, Markets, Eateries, Hotels,
Palaces, Agencies,… etc with the fire team operation.

- To make Voice
available and reachable to every Nigerian.
- To promote
healthy rivalry among Regions, Districts and zones.
- More prayers,
hospitality and testimonies in the market place.
- Ensure vibrant,
powerful & amiable ladies of the fellowship Ministry.

INTERNATIONAL |

- To adopt at
least 20 new Nations for propagation of Full Gospel vision in them
- To regularly
and faithfully send due Remittances to the International Office for her operations.

OPERATIONAL |
|
|
|
- To clearly
define terms of reference and set goals for every office and insist on strict adherence.
- To introduce
strong and effective monitoring of goal-attainment progress periodically bearing
in mind that what cannot be measured cannot be evaluated.

4 – 7 chapters
- Provisional
appointments for 2009: We shall not hesitate to drop non-performing officers.
- Drastic slash
in administrative & operational cost except for setting up the Regional offices.
More funds shall be committed to outreaches & airlifts.
- We shall maintain
the highest level of financial prudence in our operations.
